2. Free delivery on everything
At Play.com, we offer free delivery on everything to the UK and Europe. Our free UK delivery service (including the Channel Islands) for all products from Play.com usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. If you're ordering from mainland Europe, our free delivery usually takes 7-10 working days.
3. Express Delivery now available
If you want to get your items even faster, we now offer Express Delivery to our UK customers.
Eligible orders placed before the cut-off time displayed during the checkout process will arrive on the next working day. Delivery costs range from £4.99 to £8.99 per delivery.
- Cancelling items, changing your card details or your billing address after you have placed your order could mean that your order is no longer eligible for Express Delivery.
- For your order to qualify for Express Delivery, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed in the checkout.
- During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for Express Delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if stock runs out), this will affect the estimated delivery date.
- Some deliveries may require a signature. If delivery is delayed as a result of there being no one present to receive the package, you will not be refunded delivery rates.
- Applies to most delivery addresses within mainland UK.
4. 30-day, hassle-free returns
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we're here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll issue a full refund, or replace the item, if preferred.

We always aim to dispatch pre-order products to arrive on the day of release. To ensure that you get the best possible deal, we offer a pre-order price promise. This means that if, after we've accepted your order for an item that has not yet been released, the price at which we sell that item in your country drops between then and the day it's released, we promise to charge you our lowest price.
If your item has already been shipped and we've taken your payment, we'll refund you the difference between the price you've paid and our lower price by the payment method you used (PlayFunds, gift vouchers or credit/debit card). Please allow up to three working days from the release date for the refund to be processed.
